Unit 24: 12 sleeper self catering house

An extremely private, very well appointed, modern and luxury home with a completely separate entertainment area, separated from the bedrooms by a cozy lounge with a 50” TV and DSTV. 

The home boasts a large well-equipped kitchen with a 900mm gas /electric stove and oven, grill microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, air frier, dishwasher, toaster and both an electric and gas kettle. 

The dry bar has a plumbed ice maker, a 1200mm back bar drinks refrigerator and a large serving counter. 

The dining area seats 12 at a very large dining table with an inside gas BBQ if required. 

Out the back is a lush sheltered and covered patio area with a 1000mm Stainless Steel Braai, a Pizza Oven and serving counters with another 12-seater dining table. 

The home has 3 large and furnished covered front patio areas all overlooking a 180-degree sea view and with a sparkling swimming pool and gazebo. (A pool net will be provided if required).  

The Sleeping area boasts 2 very large air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms both with covered wooden decks. 

Downstairs there are 2 ensuite bedrooms with private bathrooms and a further 2 separate twin bedrooms sharing a 5th common bathroom with both a bath and shower. 

Additional mattresses are available to sleep 2 more children in one of the upstairs suites. 

There is a guest WC in the entertainment area for use by guests. 

There is parking for 4 vehicles in shade and the house is ideal for 2 or 3 families wanting to share this amazing experience. 

The maid is available at her daily fee in the event that a full-time service is required.
